Meet the Owner of Junk King Rhode Island

Jose Martinez joins the Junk King team as the new owner of Junk King Rhode Island. With a background in flipping houses, healthcare and management, Jose brings a wide range of experience to Junk King. Martinez oversees the day-to-day operations for Junk King Rhode Island alongside his brother and wife. “I’ve always wanted to help people and keep the world clean at the same time,” said Martinez. “Here at Junk King, we have a strong focus on making an impact in the community. I love that we have the opportunity to donate and recycle a majority of the items we collect instead of dumping everything.” Outside of his Junk King work, Jose loves spending time with his wife, daughter and dog. He also enjoys cars and taking on new projects, such as seeking out new homes to flip. From furniture removal, to yard debris removal, to attic clean outs, and appliance recycling, there is no job too big or too small for Junk King Rhode Island. The team maintains relationships with local recyclers, donation shops and nonprofit organizations so all items either get recycled, repurposed or donated giving them a chance to have another life.
